[ET Net News Agency, 13 January 2023] GALA TECH HOLD (02458) will be listed next Monday
(16th). It is closed at HK$5.61 on Phillip's grey market, 13.69% lower than the IPO price
of HK$6.5. Based on 400 shares per lot, excluding handling fees, the book value loss per
lot is HK$356. It is currently at HK$5.67 on Bright Smart's grey market, 12.77% lower than
the IPO price. The book value loss per lot is HK$332.
The public offering of the stock was oversubscribed by 2.4 times. The winning rate of
one lot was 50.02%. One lot was distributed for subscription of 3 lots. The price is based
on the upper middle level of the offer price ranging from HK$5.7 to HK$7.16. (ed)
