BYD COMPANY (01211) and BABA-SW (09988) registered HK$1.75 billion and HK$824.98 million of short sales, accounting for 7.64% and 3.6% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 41.17% and 18.15% of respective stock's turnover.
TRACKER FUND closed down HK$0.22, or 1.31%, to HK$16.62. TENCENT ended up HK$2.6, or 0.87%, to HK$302. BYD COMPANY fell HK$13.2, or 6.11% to HK$202.8. BABA-SW declined by HK$1.5, or 2.13%, to HK$68.8.
