Gemdale Properties and Investment Corporation Limited (00535) said it is expected that the group's consolidated net profit attributable to equity owners of the company for the year ended 31 December 2019 will record an increment of at least 65% as compared with that for the year ended 31 December 2018.
The increase is primarily attributable to the significant increase of the area delivered in the sales of properties as well as the increase in profits contributions from joint ventures and associates.
