LVGEM China (00095) to cooperate with China Unicom & GenJoy

   LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment Company Limited (00095) said it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with China United Network Communications Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch  (China Unicom) and Shenzhen GenJoy Technology Co., Ltd. (GenJoy) in relation to the establishment of a long-term strategic cooperation relationship for the joint development of informatisation and smart urban areas.
  The scope of cooperation will include (1) basic communication services and network planning, such as technology and data storage in the field of big data as well as development and operation experience in the field of cloud computing; (2) innovative application of 5G technology and business innovation for the smart urban areas; and (3) integration of brand influence with a view to maximizing the value of the brand resources of all parties.
