HKBN (01310) to sell target companies at SGD15 million

[ET Net News Agency, 11 November 2021] HKBN Ltd. (01310) said its subsidiary has
conditionally agreed to sell the Singapore sale shares and the Malaysia sale shares to the
purchaser, in each case representing 60% of the issued share capital of the respective
target companies, for a total consideration of approximately SGD15 million.
The target companies are HKBN JOS Singapore and HKBN JOS Malaysia. They are principally
engaged in the information and communications technology businesses including provision of
IT maintenance, infrastructure support, IT system integration, IT solutions and IT
consultancy services with a focus on the enterprise segment in Singapore and Malaysia.
