China Aoyuan (03883) to issue shares for HK$1 billion

[ET Net News Agency, 28 September 2021] China Aoyuan Group Limited (03883) said the
company has conditionally agreed to allot and issue, and Joy Pacific has conditionally
agreed to subscribe for, 161,813,000 subscription shares in cash at the subscription price
of HK$3.708 per subscription share. Also, the company has conditionally agreed to allot
and issue, and Successful Lotus has conditionally agreed to subscribe for, 107,875,000
subscription shares in cash at the subscription price of HK$3.708 per subscription share.
The gross proceeds are expected to be approximately HK$1 billion. The net proceeds will
amount to approximately HK$998 million. The company intends to utilise the net proceeds
principally for the group's working capital and general corporate purposes. (RC)
