[ET Net News Agency, 21 December 2021] Tiande Chemical Holdings Limited (00609) said
the group expects to record a profit attributable to owners of the company of not less
than RMB300 million for the year ending 31 December 2021, representing an increase of
216.5% as compared with that of RMB94.8 million recorded in the last year.
The improvement was primarily attributable to (i) the change of external factors
mentioned in the 2021 interim report of the company are in existence throughout the
financial year and certain downstream markets continue to improve causing favourable
market demand for the products of the group, which then led to substantial increase in
revenue as compared with that of the last year; and (ii) the containment of the group's
production costs as a result of the consolidation of production activities, which further
enhanced the overall productivity and efficiency. (RC)
