[ET Net News Agency, 26 July 2021] Tiande Chemical Holdings Limited (00609) said the
group expects the profit attributable to owners of the company for the six months period
ended 30 June 2021 will be approximately RMB100 million, representing an increase of
108.3% as compared with the corresponding period in 2020 (six months period ended 30 June
2020: approximately RMB48 million).
The improvement was primarily attributable to (i) the change of external factors
affecting the equilibrium of the market demand and supply of certain products of the
group, which then led to a fair increase of the selling price and sales volume of these
products as compared with that of the corresponding period in 2020; and (ii) the
containment of the group's production costs as a result of the consolidation of production
activities, which further enhanced the overall productivity and efficiency. (RC)
