[ET Net News Agency, 26 August 2019] Citi Research raised its target price for ENN
Energy Holdings (02688) to HK$94 from HK$90 and maintained its "buy" rating.
The research house said ENN reported a strong set of 1H results. Stripping out
non-operating items totaling Rmb628m, core profit was up 14.4% to Rmb2,734m, in line with
its target growth of 15%. While ENN has passed through 80-90% incremental costs to
end-users, margin reduction happened as discounts were given to big customers, Citi said.
Citi lifted its 2019 net profit by11% for one-off gains and reduced its 2020-21 net
profits by 1-2% for lower dollar margins. (KL)
