Greentown (03900) 2019 contracted sales up 34%

[ET Net News Agency, 8 January 2020] Greentown China Holdings Limited (03900) said
Greentown Group (including Greentown China Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, together
with its joint ventures and associates) sold 7,918 units with a saleable area of
approximately 860,000 sqm in December 2019. Monthly sales reached approximately RMB22.9
billion, with an approximate average selling price of RMB26,522 per sqm.
From January to December 2019, Greentown Group recorded contracted sales of
approximately RMB135.4 billion (a year-on-year increase of 33.79%), of which approximately
RMB76.8 billion was attributable to the group (including Greentown China Holdings Limited
and its subsidiaries).
As at 31 December 2019, in addition to contracted sales, Greentown Group recorded
subscription sales of RMB2.9 billion, of which approximately RMB1.5 billion was
attributable to the group. (RC)
