Xiaomi (01810) appoints Lin Bin as vice chairman

[ET Net News Agency, 28 October 2019] Xiaomi Corporation (01810) said with effect from
25 October 2019, Lin Bin has been appointed as vice chairman of the board and will
continue to hold the positions of executive director and president of the company, and to
be responsible for managing the company's mobile phone research and development
department.
Koh Tuck Lye has resigned as a non-executive director and a member of the audit
committee of the Company.
Chew Shou Zi has been appointed as an executive director and will continue to hold the
positions of senior vice president and chief financial officer of the company.
Liu Qin has been appointed as a member of the audit committee of the company and will
continue to hold the position of non-executive director. (RC)
