There were 854 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$6.46 billion and HK$2.22 billion, or 16.68% and 5.74% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 37.38% and 61.2% of respective stock's turnover.
BABA-W (09988) and XIAOMI-W (01810) registered HK$1.78 billion and HK$1.65 billion of short sales, accounting for 4.59% and 4.26% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 15.86% and 22.68% of respective stock's turnover.
