China Tian Chemical (00362): Notified by HKEX of Delisting Effective October 20

    HONG KONG ECONOMIC TIMES (October 14) - China Tian Chemical (00362) announced that on October 2, 2026, the company received a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) stating that the Listing Committee has decided, pursuant to Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules, to cancel the company's listing status, as the Listing Committee considers that the company has failed to meet any of the HKEX's prescribed conditions for resumption of trading and has failed to resume trading of its shares on or before September 16, 2026.

    The company has been informed that the last trading day for its shares will be October 16, 2026, and its listing status will be cancelled with effect from 9:00 a.m. on October 20, 2026. (hp)
