There were 874 short-selling stocks. CSOP HS TECH (03033) and TRACKER FUND (02800) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$9.97 billion and HK$6.93 billion, or 16.07% and 11.17% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 43.76% and 28.15% of respective stock's turnover.
HSCEI ETF (02828) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$4.37 billion and HK$3.13 billion of short sales, accounting for 7.05% and 5.05% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 39.07% and 21.28% of respective stock's turnover.
