[ET Net News Agency, 29 June 2026] Full-day turnover of Hong Kong stocks was HK$315.38 billion, with short-sales accounting for HK$58.88 billion, or 18.67% of the market's turnover. There were 863 short-selling stocks. XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$6.88 billion and HK$3.19 billion, or 11.68% and 5.41% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 50.11% and 22.38% of respective stock's turnover.
TRACKER FUND (02800) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$2.5 billion and HK$2.16 billion of short sales, accounting for 4.24% and 3.67% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 10.82% and 15.49% of respective stock's turnover.
