Sunshine 100 (02608) to dispose of 90% of project company

[ET Net News Agency, 27 December 2019] Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd (02608) said its
subsidiary Sunshine 100 Group, Beijing Trust and Wenzhou Zhongxin Haoyuan (the project
company) entered into a series of project documents. They will collaborate on the
development of the Wenzhou Zhongxin Haoyuan Project.
As part of the collaboration, 90% equity interest in the project company will be
transferred from Sunshine 100 Group to Beijing Trust at a maximum consideration of RMB790
million, while Sunshine 100 Group will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day
operations and management of the project company.
The project company is principally engaged in work with regard to first grade land
consolidation at Linli area of Wenzhou. (RC)
