2019, contracted property sales amounted to RMB1,429 million, a year-on-year increase of
149.39%. They comprise residential property sales of RMB1,396 million and commercial
property sales of RMB33 million, respectively. Total gross floor area (GFA) of contracted
property sales were 36,500 square metres (sq. m.) and 63 units of carpark. The average
selling price of the signed contracts respecting property sales was RMB39,400 per sq.m.
Accumulated contracted property sales amounted to RMB6,241 million for the first ten
months of 2019. They comprise residential property sales of RMB5,968 million and
commercial property sales of RMB273 million, respectively. Aggregated GFA sold for
contracted property sales reached 282,000 sq.m. with the average selling price of
RMB22,100 per sq.m. In addition, 778 units of carpark were sold in the first ten months of
