[ET Net News Agency, 10 October 2019] China Investment Development Limited (00204) said
its placing agent has agreed to place, on a best effort basis, up to 211.6 million placing
shares to not less than six placees.
211.6 million placing shares represent approximately 16.66% of the issued share capital
of the company as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the placing shares. The placing
price of HK$0.1 represents a discount of approximately 20% to the closing price of HK$0.12
on the date of the placing agreement.
The maximum gross proceeds will be approximately HK$21.16 million. The maximum net
proceeds will amount to approximately HK$20.6 million, which is intended to be utilised
for the general working capital of the group and future investment opportunities as may be
identified from time to time. (RC)
