(00035) announced that Wai Hung Boswell Cheung has been appointed as chief financial
officer and company secretary of the company with effect from 20 September 2019.
Ka Pong Chan has resigned as chief financial officer and company secretary of the
company to pursue other interests outside the group, with effect from the same day. (RC)
