COMPANY PROFILE
Lesi Group is a mobile advertising service provider in the PRC and mainly provide comprehensive mobile advertising services to its customers for marketing of their brands, products and/or services on media platforms operated by its media partners.

Its services include mobile marketing planning, traffic acquisition, production of ad creatives, ad placements, ad optimisation, ad campaign management and ad distribution. It had a market share of approximately 0.1% in terms of gross billing in 2022 in the mobile advertising industry in the PRC.

For the nine months ended 30 September 2023, the Group served 150 customers from various industries, covering technology and internet services, financial services and gaming industries in the PRC. As at 30 September 2023, it has established business relationship with 6 media publishers.

Its customers consist of direct advertisers and advertising agents on behalf of their respective advertisers. During the period comprising FY2020, FY2021, FY2022 and 9M2023, it generated majority of its revenue from customers which are engaged in the technology and internet services.
