COMPANY PROFILE
Fujing Holdings Co is the largest producer of potted vegetable produce in Shandong province, with a market share of 14.8% in terms of sales revenue in Shandong province in 2022.

As of 21 November 2023, the Group had three cultivation facilities in operation for cultivating potted vegetable produce, namely, Laixi Facility; Xi’an Facility; and Dalian Facility which, in aggregate, covers a land area of approximately 431,605 sq.m. and it had 140 greenhouses operating in its cultivation facilities with a total gross floor area of 155,401 sq.m.

The Group products was marketed under its brand ‘‘富景農業’’ which included 29 potted vegetable produce species. It sells its potted vegetable produce primarily through a network of distributors in the PRC in line with industry practice. The majority of its customers are hotels and restaurants.
