COMPANY PROFILE
Easy Smart Group Holdings is a subcontractor specialising in passive fire protection works in Hong Kong.Its Group provides passive fire protection works through principal operating subsidiaries, namely, Easy Smart Engineering and Easy Smart Maintenance. Its passive fire protection works generally involve the design, selection, procurement and installation of appropriate materials and components in a building to reduce or prevent the spread and effects of fire, heat or smoke without requiring detection or activation upon detection.

The Group was ranked first for the year ended 30 June 2022 in terms of revenue with a market share of approximately 25.5% of the passive fire protection works market in Hong Kong. Also, It had a market share of approximately 6.7% of the building protection works market in Hong Kong.

The Group undertakes both public sector and private sector projects in Hong Kong as a subcontractor. Most of revenue was derived from projects obtained through tender. It had 35 projects and the remaining contract value of projects was approximately HK$338 million.
