HSI extends its drop to 500+ pts and is now at 15,366

[ET Net News Agency, 17 January 2024] The Hang Seng Index extended its fell to more than
500 points, or 500 points to 15,365. The Hang Seng Index now fell 500 points, or 3.2% to
15,365; with market turnover of 65.58b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now fell 176
points, or 3.3% to 5,166; the Hang Seng TECH Index now fell 143 points, or 4.3% to 3,182.
AIA (01299) now fell HK$2.5, or 4% to HK$60.05, with turnover of HK$972.37m; BABA-SW
(09988) fell HK$2.25, or 3.3% to HK$66.15, with turnover of HK$1.73b; MEITUAN-W (03690)
fell HK$4.35, or 5.9% to HK$69.55, with turnover of HK$2.32b. (ed)
