HSI extends its rise to 500+ pts and is now at 16,012

[ET Net News Agency, 6 February 2024] The Hang Seng Index extended its rise to more than
500 points, or 501 points to 16,012. The Hang Seng Index now rose 501 points, or 3.2% to
16,012; with market turnover of 57.27b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now rose 209
points, or 4% to 5,427; the Hang Seng TECH Index now rose 171 points, or 5.7% to 3,210.
BABA-SW (09988) now rose HK$5.5, or 7.8% to HK$76.15, with turnover of HK$4.66b; TENCENT
(00700) rose HK$11.2, or 4% to HK$290.8, with turnover of HK$3.46b; MEITUAN-W (03690) rose
HK$4.15, or 6.4% to HK$69.2, with turnover of HK$2.07b. (ed)
