HSI extends its rise to 500+ pts and is now at 15,469

[ET Net News Agency, 23 January 2024] The Hang Seng Index extended its rise to more than
500 points, or 500 points to 15,461. The Hang Seng Index now rose 507 points, or 3.4% to
15,469; with market turnover of 32.79b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now rose 189
points, or 3.8% to 5,191; the Hang Seng TECH Index now rose 153 points, or 5.1% to 3,188.
BABA-SW (09988) now rose HK$3.75, or 5.7% to HK$69.2, with turnover of HK$1.25b; TENCENT
(00700) rose HK$14.2, or 5.4% to HK$276.4, with turnover of HK$2.65b; AIA (01299) rose
HK$1.7, or 2.9% to HK$60.8, with turnover of HK$885m. (ed)
