HSI extends its rise to 800+ pts and is now at 20,725

[ET Net News Agency, 27 September 2024] The Hang Seng Index extended its rise to more
than 800 points, or 800 points to 20,724. The Hang Seng Index now rose 800 points, or 4%
to 20,724; with market turnover of 261.86b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now rose
267 points, or 3.8% to 7,354; the Hang Seng TECH Index now rose 294 points, or 7% to
4,504.
MEITUAN-W (03690) now rose HK$15.7, or 10.3% to HK$167.9, with turnover of HK$13.21b;
BABA-W (09988) rose HK$6.45, or 6.6% to HK$104.2, with turnover of HK$12.64b; AIA (01299)
rose HK$4.65, or 7.3% to HK$68.25, with turnover of HK$4.3b. (ed)
