{I-bank focus}HSBC lowers Link REIT (00823) to HKD45

[ET Net News Agency, 30 May 2024] HSBC Global Research lowered the target price for Link
REIT (00823) to HKD45 from HKD47 and maintained the "buy" rating.
The research house said it lowers FY25e-26e DPU by 3.0-4.5% to incorporate lower rental
assumptions on Hong Kong portfolio and slightly higher interest expenses offset by higher
interest income assumptions. (rc)
