[ET Net News Agency, 30 May 2024] Morgan Stanley lowered the target price for Link REIT
(00823) to HKD41 from HKD48 and maintained the "overweight" rating.
The research house said it lowers F25-26 DPU forecasts 2-4% to factor in lower HK retail
