{I-bank focus}HSBC raises Sunny Optical (02382) to HKD47.1

[ET Net News Agency, 29 July 2024] HSBC Global Research raised the target price for
Sunny Optical (02382) to HKD47.1 from HKD45.3 and maintained the "hold" rating.
The research house said it raises smartphone lens shipment assumptions by c3%/c1%/c3% to
c1.3bn/c1.43bn/c1.55bn units for 2024-26e, respectively, with Apple's contribution rising
to 19%/23%/25% from 17%/19%19% respectively. (rc)
