Q2: Why did you choose a career in sales?
你為什麼選擇銷售業?
TIPS:
Show the interviewer that being a salesperson is more than a job to you.
讓面試官知道對你來說銷售人員不僅僅是「打份工」。
Example:
● “I chose a sales career because it is one of the few professions where your hard work, *strategic thinking, *thorough preparation and *perpetual action, literally *pays off. Although it’s *at times *frustrating, it’s challenging, fun, *lucrative, and *rewarding.”
*strategic thinking 戰略思考
*thorough preparation 全面準備
*perpetual 永久的
*pays off 值得的
*at times 有時
*frustrating 令人沮喪的
*lucrative 有利可圖的
*rewarding 有益的

你犯過什麼錯誤?從中學到了什麼?
TIPS:
1. You can take this question as an opportunity to show you learn from your mistakes, and don’t cover them up.
你可以把這個問題視為一個機會,向面試官展示你從錯誤中汲取了教訓。切忌掩飾錯誤。
2. For example, a common mistake salespeople make is 'talking too much'.
銷售人員犯的一個常見錯誤就是“太多口水”。
3. You can show you learned your lesson by giving a brief, but complete answer to this question with a short example.
你可以說你學會了給予簡短而完整的回應。
Example:
● “A mistake I made was talking too much. One time, I *realized after a *demo that I had failed to listen closely enough during the call, and *overlooked a buying signal. I learned to be more comfortable with silence, and ask better questions to understand the *thought process of the customer.”
