根據政府最新限制群組聚集規例,以及對疫情的顧慮,本公司決定取消XXX活動。

 

3.We are genuinely upset not to be able to host (接待)you at this time. 

我們也因未能於這時候接待您感到遺憾。

After careful consideration(經過仔細考慮), and in light of (於)the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments, our company has decided to cancel this year’s annual dinner(年度晚宴). We are genuinely upset not to be able to host you at this time. However, the safety of participants, guests and staff must always come first.

 

We sincerely apologize (深表歉意)for any inconvenience caused and look forward to greeting you in the coming year. You will be issued full refunds (全額退款)and will receive an email within the next 7 days to confirm your refund has been issued. At that point, it will take 3 to 7 banking days (銀行工作日)for your funds to be available for use.

 

We know that this is a very challenging time for everyone, and appreciate your understanding and support. We look forward to seeing you in the coming year. Stay safe and healthy!
