China Res Land (01109) Aug contracted sales down 25.7%

[ET Net News Agency, 13 September 2021] China Resources Land Limited (01109) said for
the month ended 31 August 2021, the group achieved gross contracted sales of approximately
RMB20.2 billion with contracted GFA of approximately 1,062,285 square metres, down by
25.7% and 15.2% YoY respectively. Over the same period, attributable contracted sales
achieved approximately RMB14.5 billion with contracted GFA of approximately 792,036 square
metres, up by 10.6% and 8.0% YoY respectively.
In 2021, gross contracted sales achieved approximately RMB208.1 billion with contracted
GFA of approximately 11,994,710 square metres, up by 28.4% and 37.8% YoY respectively.
