[ET Net News Agency, 16 November 2021] China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. (01866) said the
company intends to invest approximately RMB200 million to deploy a new production base for
compound fertiliser in Jinchang City, Gansu Province, China (Jinchang Base), and plans to
build production lines for compound fertiliser and other fertilisers with a fertiliser
processing capacity of 510,000 tons, as well as the ancillary production and residential
facilities.
It is planned that approximately RMB150 million will be invested in the phase I of
Jinchang Base to purchase land and invest in the building of production lines, ancillary
warehouses and public works. The estimated construction period of the phase I of Jinchang
Base is one year. The implementation schedule of the plan for the phase II of Jinchang
Base will be determined based on the operation and market conditions of the previous
