BC Tech (00863): no cryptocurrency-related business in China

[ET Net News Agency, 28 September 2021] BC Technology Group Limited (00863) said with
reference to the notice by the People's Bank of China (PBOC) on 24 September 2021
regarding the prohibition of cryptocurrency-related transactions and activities in
mainland China, the board of the company clarifies that the group does not have any
cryptocurrency-related business operations in mainland China.
Accordingly, the board believes that the notice does not have any material adverse
impact on business operations. (RC)
