AM Group (01849) expects increase in year profit

[ET Net News Agency, 16 September 2021] AM Group Holdings Limited (01849) said the
board expects the group to record a net profit attributable to owners of the company of
approximately S$4 million to S$7 million for the year ended 30 June 2021, as compared to
the net profit attributable to owners of the company of approximately S$2.5 million for
the year ended 30 June 2020.
The expected increase was mainly driven by the profit from the subsidiary of the company
acquired in November 2020, Majestic State International Limited for the year ended 30 June
