Agile Group (03383) to issue US$300 million senior notes

[ET Net News Agency, 11 May 2021] Agile Group Holdings Limited (03383) said the company
will issue the senior notes in an aggregate principal amount of US$300 million, which will
mature on 17 May 2026.
The notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.5% per annum, payable semi-annually in
arrears on 17 May and 17 November of each year, commencing 17 November 2021.
The company intends to use the net proceeds for the refinancing of certain existing
medium to long term offshore indebtedness, which will become due within one year. (RC)
