Volatility Control Mechanism (VCM) at 9:45a.m., putting it on a 5-minute cooling-off
period, with trading price range limiting between HK$0.056 and HK$0.084. The cooling-off
period ends at 9:50a.m.
SDHS NEW ENERGY is a constituent of the Hang Seng Composite SmallCap Index. When its
share price fluctuates more than 20% compared to the last trading price five minutes ago,
the VCM is triggered. VCM offers a cooling-off period of 5 minutes for the market and
limits the trading price range. It then resumes normal trading. VCM is only applicable to
the continuous trading session (CTS), excluding the first 15 minutes of the morning and
