[ET Net News Agency, 6 January 2022] Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. (01513) said as
at 31 December 2021, the company made a total repurchase of 3,404,400 H shares of the
company, accounting for 0.36% of the total issued share capital and 1.09% of the total
number of issued H shares of the company on 31 December 2021.
The highest purchase price was HK$27.00 per share and the lowest purchase price was
HK$24.70 per share. Total amount of funds used was HK$87,004,410.00 (excluding transaction
