WuXi AppTec (02359) promotes Shi Ming as CFO

[ET Net News Agency, 3 January 2022] WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. (02359) announced the
promotion of Ms Shi Ming, the senior vice president in finance of the company as the chief
financial officer of the company with effect from 1 January 2022.
Mr Ellis Bih-Hsin Chu will act as the co-chief financial officer of the company and the
head of the mergers and acquisitions division with effect from 1 January 2022, with a
focus on leading the company's strategic mergers and acquisitions matters as well as the
financial work in relation to the advanced therapies business unit (WuXi ATU), the cell
and gene therapy CTDMO platform. (RC)
