Tianyun Int'l (06836) buys Yunnan land at RMB61.12m

[ET Net News Agency, 23 December 2021] Tianyun International Holdings Limited (06836)
said Mile City Natural Resources Bureau and its subsidiary Tiantong Food (Mile) entered
into the land grant contract, pursuant to which Mile City Natural Resources Bureau agreed
to grant, and Tiantong Food (Mile) agreed to acquire, the land use rights in respect of
the land. The consideration is RMB61.12 million.
The land is in Xiaoshishan Villager Group, Kuaxi Villager Committee, Xingtian Industrial
Park, Mile City, Yunnan Province, the PRC. It is a parcel of industrial land with a site
area of 132,579.55 square metres. (RC)
