CNE Tech Corp (00611) vice president buys 150,000 shares

[ET Net News Agency, 17 December 2021] China Nuclear Energy Technology Corporation
Limited (00611) said it was informed by Mr Liu Genyu (Mr Liu), an executive director and
the vice president of the company, that Mr Liu purchased a total of 150,000 ordinary
shares of the company at an average price of HK$0.94 per share, representing approximately
0.01% of issued Shares of the company on open market transaction on 16 December 2021.
Immediately after the purchase, Mr Liu is interested in an aggregate of 25,568,000
shares, representing approximately 1.94% of the total issued share capital of the company.
