Shenguan Hldgs (00829) promotes Sha Junqi as vice president

[ET Net News Agency, 7 December 2021] Shenguan Holdings (Group) Limited (00829) said M.
Sha Junqi (Mr Sha) has been promoted as the vice president of the company, one of the
senior management of the group with effect from 6 December 2021.
Mr Sha will be mainly responsible for assisting Ms Zhou Yaxian, the chairman of the
company, in the daily management of the operation of the group and responsible for the
planning and marketing of three new products, namely, collagen food, collagen skincare
products and collagen medical devices, and the construction and management of the group's
information system after the appointment. (RC)
