Imagi Int'l (00585) sells Everg Vehicle (00708) shares

[ET Net News Agency, 5 October 2021] Imagi International Holdings Limited (00585) said
Imagi Investments (BVI) Limited, an indirect 90.01%-owned subsidiary of the company,
disposed of 3,000,000 Everg Vehicle shares on the open market at an average price of
approximately HK$3.84 per Everg Vehicle share for an aggregate consideration of
approximately HK$11.52 million (exclusive of transaction costs).
Upon completion of the disposal, the company did not hold any Everg Vehicle share. (RC)
