[ET Net News Agency, 6 August 2021] CGN New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. (01811) said the
power generation of the group on a consolidated basis amounted to 1,585.3GWh for the month
of July 2021, representing an increase of 54% compared with the corresponding period of
2020. In particular, power generation of PRC wind projects increased by 110.4%, power
generation of PRC solar projects increased by 19.6%, power generation of PRC cogen and
gas-fired projects decreased by 20.0%, power generation of PRC hydro projects decreased by
3.1% and power generation of Korea projects increased by 44.5%.
For the seven months ended 31 July 2021, the accumulated power generation of the group
amounted to 10,818.8GWh, representing an increase of 37.1% compared with the corresponding
period of 2020. In particular, power generation of PRC wind projects increased by 74.9%,
power generation of PRC solar projects increased by 23.8%, power generation of PRC cogen
and gas-fired projects increased by 27.0%, power generation of PRC hydro projects
decreased by 8.3% and power generation of Korea projects increased by 21.4%. (RC)
