GCL New Energy (00451) to buy Suzhou GCL New Energy shares

[ET Net News Agency, 7 July 2021] GCL New Energy Holdings Limited (00451) said its
subsidiary Nanjing GCL New Energy has agreed to acquire approximately 5.835% equity
interest in Suzhou GCL New Energy from Sumin Ruineng. Upon completion of the transaction,
Suzhou GCL New Energy will be held as to 100% by Nanjing GCL New Energy and will become a
wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
Suzhou GCL New Energy is principally engaged in photovoltaic power investment,
investment management and consultation, business management consultation, technology
development, technology transfer, technical advice related to photovoltaic power projects,
and sales of photovoltaic materials and equipment. (RC)
