Mengniu (02319) buys shares of China Shengmu (01432)

[ET Net News Agency, 7 July 2021] China Shengmu Organic Milk Limited (01432) said Start
Great (a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Mengniu Diary Company Limited (02319)) has
acquired an aggregate of 1,045,985,065 ordinary shares of the company, representing
approximately 12.48% of the entire issued share capital of the company.
Immediately after the acquisitions, the number of shares held by Start Great will be
2,513,178,555 shares, representing approximately 29.99% of the total issued share capital
