The whole city goes into Halloween night frenzy! The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) launches the "Halloween Hong Kong" promotion to provide residents and tourists with a series of happy Halloween surprises, nighttime food guides and dining discounts to enhance the evening atmosphere of Hong Kong. To welcome Halloween, the HKTB will gradually add festive themed decorations at the Hong Kong International Airport, MTR stations, tourist information centers and multiple shopping malls; it will also transform a popular ice cream cart into a "pumpkin cart", which will be held on October 18.
