(02013) said the company became aware on 24 February 2020 that the production environment and data of the company's SaaS business were deliberately sabotaged by a key operation and maintenance employee of the maintenance and operation department of the group, causing the current temporary unavailability of the company's SaaS products to the customers.
The company reported to the police station of Baoshan District of Shanghai, China. The employee is now detained. To the knowledge of the company, this employee did the above-mentioned misconduct due to personal mental and life issues.
The company is actively working on the restoration of production environment and data of SaaS business.
