Minmetals Land Limited (00230) said the contracted sales of the company together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates for the year of 2019 reached approximately RMB8.65 billion, up 27% year-on-year. The corresponding contracted gross floor area amounted to approximately 459,000 square metres with an average selling price of approximately RMB18,800 per square metre.
