Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (01858) said relevant resolution has been passed at a meeting of the board in relation to (i) the proposed payment of the special dividend of RMB0.075 per share (inclusive of tax); and the proposed capitalization of the capital reserve of the company as at 30 June 2019 into ordinary shares of the company to be allotted and issued to the shareholders on the basis of fifteen capitalization shares for every ten shares held by the shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the company on the record date.
In light of the proposed capitalization issue, the board also proposes to change the board lot size for trading in the shares from 200 shares to 250 shares upon the capitalization Issue becoming effective.
